Protecting their "own"
The consequences of being hit by a prominent business owner in Asotin WA is being harassed and bullied by the sheriff's department and local Clk police. Having a restraining to keep me the victim of a hit and run off of the property I was renting with my girlfriend. As the person that hit me with their jeep Grand Cherokee at the very business this person owned near critchfield road did not receive one citation of any kind and the prosecutor (Mr. Nichols RIP) refused to pursue any criminal charges but yet had the 3things needed to pursue criminal charges but still did nothing. I was than forced off the property because the person that hit me with their vehicle "felt afraid" that I may do something to the person that hit me with their jeep but yet I'm not a violent person but this type of BS makes a person think very hard about revenge but I did hold back and if could redo that situation I probably wouldn't be so forgiving. But I was not able to recide at this property for over a month until I could go to court and get the order dropped from a judge which may have been judge Burns. I was granted access back onto the property I was renting from the pupurtraitor that hit me on the same property this person owned a business but I had to stay 200ft away from this person with zero contact of any kind and I'll say the entry driveway was within the 200ft restriction zone so I couldn't come and go as a person should be able to while this person was open for business. This type of situation shouldn't happen if there is a legitimate crime committed on any individual in this community just because a person is known in an area with a small business should not be given special treatment. The ambulance came and took me to hospital and there was actual damage caused by this person Jeep when they struck me at their business in Asotin county. Stayed tuned for the story of local clk cop arrested me but court had no record of me being arrested or that I had a court date. The stories get better from both sides of the river.
