What happened to due process?

Ok, so it happens that the situation is as follows; 1. A person is arrested, and charged with x,y,or z. 2. Bail is posted. IE: a surety bond paid to the courts, or via bail bondsman. 3. After bail is posted, they are notified that they are now on release / pre trial supervision. 4. A officer is assigned to the individual, IE, Nate Ulhorn 5. All the usual rimram of probation applies, IE drug tests, curfews, cost of supervision, home searches, etc. 6. This all happens before individual is ever convicted of said crime. My question is, is this even legal? Just because they bail out of jail, which is totally legal, and protected under our constitution. How can they do this? It’s not right, what happened to due process? I don’t want any reward or money from you, I just was hoping you could look into this for me. Thank you, and God bless. P.s. I love your content and keep up the good fight brother. Sincerely, The Iron Brush
