Silencing the Whistleblower: The Havens-Moore Enterprise Strikes Again—and Fails

The Timing Is Not a Coincidence Last night, I sent an email to Nez Perce County Prosecutor Justin Coleman, Commissioner Doug Havens, and attorney Trae Turner requesting clarification on a web of conflicts of interest that would make a RICO prosecutor blush.

Within moments of hitting send, someone began posting explicit screenshots from my adult film profile on Reddit across multiple posts in a public Facebook forum. The message could not be clearer: Stop asking questions, or we will try to destroy you. Except they forgot one thing—I have nothing to be ashamed of. What I Asked—and Why It Had to Be Asked My email to Turner, Coleman, and Havens posed seven direct questions:

Does Turner represent Heather Moore in Moore v. Moore? Was Turner aware of Commissioner Havens's extramarital affair with his client? Was Turner aware that Moore was appointed to the Nez Perce County Disability Advisory Board by Commissioner Hannah Liedkie—a board that oversees matters directly relevant to Moore's disabled child? Does Turner maintain that missing exhibits in the custody proceeding were not intentionally suppressed? Did Turner or his firm receive any communication from Havens, Liedkie, or any county official regarding the Moore case? Does Turner see any conflict in representing Moore while also representing Coleman—whose office employs the detective running for Havens's seat—and while his ex-wife works in Coleman's office? Does Turner intend to address these apparent conflicts? These are not conspiracy theories. These are public records questions. The Facebook Posts: A Pattern of Intimidation Hours after my email demanding accountability, someone—acting with remarkable speed—dug up and posted explicit content from my adult film profile on Reddit. The coordination is telling: Speed: Within moments of my email, the posts appeared. Targeting: The content was specifically chosen to humiliate and intimidate. Platform: A public Facebook forum, designed for maximum visibility. Anonymity: The posters hid behind pseudonyms, unwilling to own their actions. But here's the thing—I've never hidden who I am. The Response from the Community The attempted smear backfired spectacularly. Brennon Leafty pointed out what anyone who actually knows me already understands: "I'm pretty sure he's always been pretty open about this. At least as long as I've known him, which has been some years now." Hope Williams cut straight to the point: "Doing adult things as an adult with other consenting adults. Was this supposed to be a smear? Lol think they missed the mark." Lee Simmons asked the obvious question: "Why does it matter what people do, are they hurting you?" My response: "In this particular instance, the poster is seeking revenge for my Investigative Journalist website, LCV Blotter. I have more than reasonable speculation on the author of this post, sharing my Reddit comments, as I'm sure does anyone else familiar with the pattern in other forums knows exactly who this is. It's a panic reaction to the publishing of fraud by a former employee of Clark and Feeney." The Cross-Jurisdictional Enterprise The questions I raised are part of a much larger pattern: Doug Havens is a retiring Nez Perce County Commissioner who had an extramarital affair with Heather Moore—a fact documented in exhibits filed in her divorce and custody proceeding. Those exhibits allegedly disappeared from the court's electronic filing system—available to Moore's attorney (Turner) but not to the judge. Heather Moore was appointed to the Disability Advisory Board by Commissioner Hannah Liedkie—a patronage position that channels the needs of Moore's own disabled child into Liedkie's nonprofit revenue stream. Trae Turner represents Heather Moore and Nez Perce County Prosecutor Justin Coleman—the prosecutor whose office employs Detective Nick Woods, who is running for Havens's seat. Turner's ex-wife, Kali Jo Parker, works in Coleman's office. This is not a collection of coincidences. This is a coordinated enterprise spanning two states. The Joke's on Them The anonymous poster who tried to smear me thought they had found something embarrassing.

Smear Campaign, Facebook
Instead, they gave me free advertising, $20 in traffic to my NSFW page that hasn't seen activity in three years, and an opportunity to remind everyone that I have never hidden who I am. As I said in the Facebook thread: "Like my Reddit comments section isn't hidden. I show my face because I truly don't care if you know exactly who I am. I want you to know exactly who I am..." And: "It's not a secret unless you have never met me before and you're just trying to get on my nerves. The jokes on them. I make American pesos for some of it and they're just giving me free advertising." To the anonymous coward who posted this—thanks for the traffic. I stand by every word. Why This Matters This is not about my personal history. This is about what happens when you ask powerful people uncomfortable questions. We have seen this pattern before: Public records that threaten the enterprise vanish. Evidence that benefits the enterprise is preserved and disseminated selectively. Whistleblowers who expose the truth are silenced, smeared, and retaliated against. The attempt to weaponize my past is just the latest chapter in a story of coordinated obstruction, bribery, self-dealing, and campaign finance violations that has been documented across multiple jurisdictions. What Comes Next I will not be silenced. The questions I asked last night remain unanswered. The deadline is July 28, 2026. The Facebook posts have been documented, preserved, and will be presented as evidence of the coordinated effort to intimidate a whistleblower. And the article you are reading now will be followed by more—because the truth does not stop just because someone tries to embarrass you. Sidebar: Commentary from the Community Brennon Leafty "I'm pretty sure he's always been pretty open about this. At least as long as I've known him, which has been some years now." Hope Williams "Doing adult things as an adult with other consenting adults. Was this supposed to be a smear? Lol think they missed the mark." Lee Simmons "Why does it matter what people do, are they hurting you?" Brittany Ulbright "What in the eff" (in response to the attempted smear) Jennifer Love Garrison "More ignorance" Final Thoughts I've always been transparent about who I am. That transparency is a strength, not a weakness. The anonymous cowards who tried to silence me proved only one thing: they have nothing but cheap shots because they can't defend the truth. I'll keep publishing. I'll keep asking questions. And I'll keep documenting every single attempt to silence me. Because the truth is worth fighting for—even when it makes people uncomfortable.
