The Forged Title
PROLOGUE: The Signature That Wasn't Mine
On June 27, 2020, I signed a Buyer's Order for a 2006 Thor Jazz fifth-wheel camper at Travelland RV in Lewiston, Idaho. The sales price was $16,995. I made a $3,000 down payment to Meghan McCreary, my then-girlfriend and the secretary of Travelland RV. The balance was to be paid through wage deductions and overtime, with $30 per hour applied to the balance in exchange for updating the Point of Sale System, inventorying the entire store, contacting parts distributors, and automatically linking store inventory. This required updating their accounting system—of which Meghan McCreary was responsible.
Here is the employment offer recorded by telephone and published to YouTube: McCreary, Job Offer
What I did not sign was the address on the Application for Certificate of Title that Travelland RV submitted to the State of Washington on my behalf in August of 2021—one year after acquisition of said RV.
On that application, someone—one of three potential employees of Travelland RV—wrote in an address that was not mine via white-out and a copier. They listed 927 16th Street in Clarkston, Washington as my residence. That was the address of the owner of Travelland RV, Kevin Munstermann. Not my address on my license. Not where I lived and was served legal paperwork by their lawyer, Bridget Barr, in April of 2021, three months earlier.
I was doing so by dating Kevin Munstermann's sister Meghan McCreary. I rented a storage unit at Steve Carlson's storage units on Bryden for several years until after the assault, living over the road and using storage in a rental unit. I collected my packages I'd order online at 927 16th Street in Clarkston, Washington and collect those packages once every few months. It was a legitimate address—one I had used for years. It was immediately after I was sent home due to COVID that Kevin, by extension of his sister, offered me the job as a work trade.McCreary, Job Offer
Section I.2: The Forged Title Application
It was only after I submitted the court case in Asotin County and complaint to the ITD that Travelland RV was forced into submitting the Application for Certificate of Title to the State of Washington after one year of withholding that title.
The application lists:
Registered Owner: SWITZER, COREY MICHAEL
Address: 927 16TH ST, CLARKSTON WA 99403-1105
Legal Owner: TRAVELLAND RV, 355 THAIN RD, LEWISTON ID 83501-5336
I did not sign that Application for Certificate of Title.
The application requires a signature. That signature is mine. That address was not. Someone—either at Travelland RV or at the title office—underneath my name, edited this document's address to show Kevin Munstermann's address after I signed it in the presence of Monte Schmidt, Department of Motor Vehicles Criminal Investigator, without my knowledge or consent. Travelland RV then submitted it to the DMV without my knowledge or consent to collect and withhold the title in August 2021.
Section I.3: The Devaluation of the Agreement – February 2021
In February 2021, Kevin Munstermann sent me an invoice that totaled $7,501.56 due on the RV.
This invoice did three things:
1. Devalued my down payment – from the $3,000 I had spent as a down payment to $2,000.
2. Devalued my overtime agreement – from $30 per hour to $20 per hour.
3. Appended a $3,000 payment for tooth extraction as a "loan" instead of paying for the damages caused by Troy Munstermann immediately after I was locked out of the computer systems at Travelland RV in January 2021.
This invoice was sent after I reported the tax evasion, embezzling, and withholding of the transfer of title by Travelland RV and was locked out of the computer systems. It was a deliberate act of retaliation designed to financially punish me for reporting the company's crimes and not signing a waiver of release of liability for those same crimes.
Section I.4: The Extortion Attempt – April 8, 2021
On April 8, 2021, Shawn Whitmore sent me a formal email offering a "clear title" for the camper in exchange for a "letter of release on all alleged allegations against Travelland RV and some of its staff." Kevin Munstermann, Text Messages, Surgery
I refused.
Shawn Whitmore threatened to repossess the RV.Shawn Whitmore, Emails
CHAPTER II: The Assault and the Broken Promise
Section II.1: September 6, 2020 – The Prelude to Violence
On September 6, 2020, I received a telephone call from Troy Munstermann and his girlfriend, Wynter Spencer. They reported that they had damaged the vehicle I had loaned to Troy while traveling in Oregon. I agreed to drive to Oregon to retrieve them and my damaged vehicle. Troy Munstermann, calling from Oregon
What happened next was a calculated act of betrayal. While I was distracted, Troy Munstermann and Wynter Spencer drugged my beer, stole my wallet and disappeared with the repaired vehicle, leaving me stranded and without resources.
Section II.2: September 8, 2020 – The Attack at Travelland RV
On September 8, 2020, at approximately 17:45 hours, I was assaulted by Troy Munstermann at Travelland RV. Troy punched me once in the mouth, fracturing my eye socket and knocking out two front teeth. The attack occurred after I confronted Troy about the theft of my wallet and financial transaction cards.
The assault was witnessed by approximately five other employees of Travelland RV, who confirmed the incident via recorded telephone conversations. Yet despite this eyewitness testimony, none of these witnesses were ever formally interviewed by the Lewiston Police Department, and no charges were ever filed against Troy Munstermann.
Section II.3: The Hospital Call to Kevin Munstermann
On my way to the hospital, I called Kevin Munstermann, the president of Travelland RV and Troy's brother. The conversation was recorded and later transcribed. In that call, Kevin stated:
"Alright. Yeah. Well let me know if you need anything."
I replied:
"I'm going to need for you to pay for the damages."
Kevin Munstermann, Post Assault
This exchange constituted an oral agreement: Kevin Munstermann, on behalf of Travelland RV, agreed to cover my medical and dental expenses in exchange for my agreement not to file a police report against his brother, Troy. The terms of this agreement were later documented in Lewiston Police Department Case 21-L4897.
Kevin never paid a dime. Troy never paid a dime.
The dental and medical bills, which ultimately exceeded $20,000, were left entirely on my shoulders. The money, $3,000 which I was given for a tooth extraction became a “loan” I never agreed to incur and then applied as a debt to the RV. I have lost vision in my right eye as a direct result of the fractured eye socket—a permanent, life-altering injury that I will carry for the rest of my life and the reason for my career change into being an investigative journalist.
Section II.4: The Disability-Based Harassment
On April 7, 2021, Lieutenant Jeff Klone of the Lewiston Police Department met with me outside the police department. His supplemental report contains a damning admission:
"Cory also told me he has Asperger Syndrome which is a form of autism and after he was battered but before he was fired, the employees at Travelland RV would call him a retard because of him having Asperger's and that did not happen prior to the battery."
Despite this knowledge, no investigation into the harassment was ever conducted, and no charges were ever filed. The City of Lewiston, through its police department, was notified of a hate crime motivated by disability and did nothing.
I'll add, this is what Meghan McCreary thinks about the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley: Meghan McCreary on the LCV
CHAPTER III: The Discovery of Financial Crimes
Section III.1: December 2020 – The Discovery
In December 2020, while inventorying the dealership as part of my IT duties, I uncovered systematic embezzlement, tax evasion, and fraud perpetrated by Tim Krueger with Rogers Motors and managed by Travelland RV Secretary Meghan McCreary, the office manager and registered corporate secretary of Travelland RV. Meghan, who later legally changed her name to Vittoria Paxe Puccini on July 7, 2021, had been manipulating financial records, forging signatures on title applications, evading taxes and diverting company funds for personal use. This actually comes as no surprise after Meghan McCreary divulged this information to me in February of 2020 in which she claims that she intends to exploit the world to her own advantage.
Meghan McCreary, "exploit the world"
Section III.2: January 26, 2021 – Termination and Threats
When I reported the financial crimes to the Current Owner Kevin Munstermann, Sales Manager Shawn Whitmore and former owner and vested financial interest Tim Krueger on January 26, 2021, I was terminated that same day. Two days later, on January 28, 2021, I was locked out of the building and threatened with physical violence by Whitmore, who told me to "forget everything" or face consequences.
This was followed up by a text message from Shawn Whitmore attempting to back away from the threats he had made while asking for instructions on how to update the website, February 2nd, 2021. Whitmore, Text
Section III.3: The Pattern of Fraud
The forged title application demonstrates a pattern of behavior:
1. Fraud – Forging my address on a legal document they were withholding from transfer.
2. Identity Theft – Submitting false information to a government agency.
3. Obstruction – Refusing to correct the fraudulent application.
4. Extortion – Offering to correct the fraud only if I signed away my rights.
5. Retaliation – Filing a defamation lawsuit on fraudulent grounds when I refused to comply.
CHAPTER IV: The Complaint to the Idaho Transportation Department
Section IV.1: Consumer Complaint 17241 – June 28, 2021
On June 28, 2021, I filed a consumer complaint with the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) regarding Travelland RV's withholding transfer of the title application.
IDT Complaint
The complaint was assigned to Monte Schmidt, a Motor Vehicle Investigator for ITD.
IDT Monte Schmidt
On August 6, 2021, Schmidt emailed me:
On January 31, 2022, Travelland RV sent my W2 to Kevin Munstermann, owner of Travelland RV.
The envelope shows:
Sender: Travelland RV Inc., 355 Thain Road, Lewiston, ID 83501
Recipient: Corey Switzer, 927 16th St, Clarkston, WA 99043
Kevin Munstermann was the owner of the house at 927 16th Street—the address where I had lived before I bought the camper. Travelland RV is a Lewiston, Idaho business. Kevin Munstermann knew that I had moved because his lawyers already sent certified letters to my address. Kevin Munstermann himself suggested where to live and move to after purchasing the RV.
Of course I had notified Travelland RV of my new address. Shawn Whitmore personally delivered the RV and personally threatened its repossession. Sending my W2 to an old address—especially to the address of the person who was employing me—was a deliberate act of fraud.
CHAPTER V: The Identity Theft
Section V.1: The Pattern of Fraud
On February 8, 2022, I contacted Dennis Schat, a Criminal Investigator for the Idaho State Tax Commission, to report identity theft.
Schat responded:
"This sounds more like mail fraud. I would recommend contacting the US Postal Inspector. Our unit only investigates fraudulent tax returns that have been filed."
I explained the pattern:
1. The Title Application – Travelland RV submitted a fraudulent title application with my address forged.
2. The W2 – Travelland RV sent my W2 to an old address.
3. Voting and Jury Duty – Travelland RV registered me to vote and for jury duty at their address.
Schat responded:
"It may be fraud, but as I have stated, we only investigate if a fraudulent tax return has been sent to the Idaho State Tax Commission."
CHAPTER VI: The Law Enforcement Failure
Section VI.1: April 13, 2022 – Police Report 22-L5337 (Forgery, Tax Evasion, Embezzlement)
On April 13, 2022, I reported felony forgery, tax evasion, embezzlement and identity theft to Officer Andrew Fox (LPD Case 22-L5337). I provided Fox with a large cache of evidence, including the forged document, bank statements, and email correspondence, including evidence of embezzling by McCreary, Krueger and Munstermann.
Officer Fox's incident report, dated April 18, 2022, contains a devastating admission and contradiction to his email to me:
"I contacted Cpt. Klone and Cpt. Fuentes about the issue. I was advised by both captains that this had been resolved and there was no need for any follow-up investigation."
Fox contacted Klone and Fuentes—the very officers I had reported for bribery—and they told him to close the case.
Fox then emailed me: "This has been sent to the prosecutors office and they are declining to pursue any charges." But when I later requested the CAP sheet—the formal transmittal document to the prosecutor's office—the City of Lewiston, under Chief Jason Kuzik's January 11, 2024 letter, admitted that no CAP sheet exists for case 22-L5337. This proves that Fox never actually sent the case to the prosecutor; his email was a lie. He simply deferred to the other Officer he took bribes with as the reason why it was “resolved”.
Section VI.2: April 12, 2022 – The Ethics Complaint
On April 11, 2022, I submitted a formal Government Ethics Complaint to the Nez Perce County Prosecutor's Office. On April 12, 2022, Detective Nick Woods responded:
"It is our stance this complaint doesn't fall within the Government Ethics Form. All cases are investigated by the Lewiston Police Department and if you are unsatisfied with how the case was addressed, please direct your inquiries with them."
Section VI.3: April 13, 2022 – Budd Hurd's Response to Bribery Report
On April 13, 2022, I emailed Police Chief Budd Hurd to report the bribery of Captains Rick Fuentes, Andrew Fox, and Detective Nick Woods by Tim Krueger. Instead of investigating, Hurd's out-of-office reply directed me to Captains Jeff Klone and Rick Fuentes—the very officers I had accused of taking bribes.
This is documented in the email chain. Hurd's response was not an investigation; it was a referral to the accused.
Section VI.4: July 15, 2022 – Budd Hurd Retires
On July 15, 2022, Lewiston Police Chief Budd Hurd retired after nearly 32 years of service. His retirement announcement made no mention of the corruption allegations. But the timing is suspicious: I had publicly commented on the LPD Facebook page about the bribery, and I had filed multiple complaints.
Hurd's retirement came just days after I reported the bribery directly to him. Instead of investigating, he retired. Instead of holding his officers accountable, he left.
Section VI.5: July 17, 2022 – Jeff Klone Named Interim Chief
On July 17, 2022, just two days after Hurd's retirement, the City of Lewiston promoted Jeff Klone from Police Captain to Interim Police Chief. Klone was the same officer who had met with me on April 7, 2021, and documented my Asperger's and the harassment. He was also the officer who had refused to forward the CAP sheet to the Prosecutor's Office.
Klone's promotion, coming just days after I had publicly reported the bribery, sent a clear message: the City of Lewiston rewards those who protect corruption and punishes those who expose it.
Section VI.6: October 6, 2023 – Police Report 23-L17433 (Extortion)
On October 6, 2023, I reported extortion to Officer Jason Marketti (LPD Case 23-L17433). I provided Marketti with the April 8, 2021 email from Shawn Whitmore, which offered a "clear title" in exchange for a "letter of release."
Marketti's report states:
"Same as 21-L4897."
He then closed the case as a civil dispute, finding "not enough probable cause to pursue extortion charges."
It's of no coincidence that Marketti was being represented in Latah County, Idaho by Trae Turner at the exact same time.
Section VI.7: The Kuzik Letter – January 11, 2024
On January 11, 2024, Lewiston Police Chief Jason Kuzik sent a letter that inadvertently confirmed the obstruction:
"The Idaho Public Records Act is not intended to be used as a means to intimidate public employees into complying with specific demands or requests for police action. Bombarding the City's public records request system for documents the City has explicitly stated do not exist will no longer be tolerated."
Kuzik admitted that no CAP sheets exist for 22-L5337 and 23-L17433. He also revealed that between September 25, 2023, and January 11, 2024, the City had responded to 2,466 public records requests from me.

CHAPTER VII: The Role of Clark & Feeney
Section VII.1: Bridget Barr's Notice of Appearance – June 9, 2021 Troy Munstermann, Harassment
Turner represented Travelland RV in that case. He also represented Justin Coleman, Heather Moore, Jason Marketti, among others. He threatened to sue me for defamation for saying that Travelland RV assaulted veterans—a statement that, given McCreary's statement on Facebook and the Assault by Troy Munstermann at Travelland RV, was demonstrably true.
Section VII.4: The Retaliatory Facebook Post by Trae Turner – July 11, 2023
Section VII.6: The Threat of Defamation – Part 4
On July 26, 2023, after I posted evidence of embezzlement, tax evasion, and fraud by Travelland RV on the Nez Perce County Prosecutor's Office Facebook page, Trae Turner used this opportunity to approach Meghan McCreary (who was claiming total disability due to mental health issues and hallucinations under a different name) to file a criminal report with Officer Tom Sparks of the Clarkston Police Department.
Clarkston PD Report 23P04948 documents that Turner accompanied McCreary to the police station and provided information to Officer Sparks. The report states:
"On July 26th 2023, I was working Patrol for the Clarkston Police Department. At approximately 1230 hours, I came into contact with Trae Turner at the Police Station. Trae is an attorney from Lewiston, and with him was Vittoria Puccini."
Tom Sparks, Clarkston PD
Officer Sparks investigated and, on August 3, 2023, concluded that probable cause does not exist to charge me with a crime. In that report, Ofc Sparks concludes “the post was made to basically harass public officials”. (Reporting the embezzling, tax evasion, fraud and forgery on NPCPO Facebook Page)
Despite this, the filing of the false report was used to justify blocking me on social media and to paint me as a child molesting stalker.
CHAPTER VIII: The Geagley Indictment and the Network's Cover-Up
Section VIII.1: The Embezzlement
Between 2021 and 2025, Di Ann Geagley embezzled $554,000 from Travelland RV. The crimes occurred during the same period I was reporting them to the Lewiston Police Department and Idaho Department of Revenue Criminal Investigators, The Idaho Department of Transportation Criminal Investigators. The Police Department, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Mayor's Office all dismissed me. The Idaho State Department of Revenue and Idaho Department of Transportation did NOT ignore me. They found what I reported to be VERY credible.
On September 23, 2025, Geagley was indicted. On March 24, 2026, she pleaded guilty. She was sentenced on June 10, 2026, to a withheld judgment, 45 days in county jail, and seven years of felony probation.
See that article here: [2] and the update here: [3]
Section VIII.2: The Idaho State Bar Cover-Up
In May 2025, I filed ethics grievances with the Idaho State Bar against Justin Coleman (25-169a), April Smith (25-168a), Patty Weeks (25-208a), and Trae Turner (25-187a).
On May 29, 2025, the Bar dismissed all four grievances without investigation.
The Bar accepted Turner's citation to Minnesota Statute Sec. 609.494 for "solicitation of a juvenile" without verifying whether such a conviction existed. Minnesota Court Records show no such conviction exists.
Section VIII.3: The Timeline Is Not a Coincidence
The timeline demonstrates that the indictment came immediately after I filed formal ethics grievances with the Idaho State Bar:
April 2022 – I report embezzlement to Andrew Fox; no action taken
April 4, 2022 – Trae Turner and Kali Jo Parker donate $500 each to Justin Coleman
May 2025 – I file grievances against Coleman, Smith, Turner, Weeks
October 2025 – Geagley indicted (previously under seal)
January 2026 – Bar hearings; none mention the indictment
February 3, 2026 – Lewiston Tribune publishes article on Geagley indictment
February 6, 2026 – Bar dismisses Smith grievance
February 9, 2026 – Bar dismisses Turner grievance
February 17, 2026 – Bar dismisses Coleman grievance; acknowledges indictment but dismisses as "newspaper article"
March 24, 2026 – Geagley pleads guilty
CHAPTER IX: The Continuing Conflicts
Section IX.1: The Clark & Feeney Exodus
The documents reveal a pattern of attorneys leaving Clark & Feeney:
Trae Turner – Clark & Feeney – Turner Law, PLLC – May 2026
Bridget Barr – Clark & Feeney – Cuddihy, Schumacher & Barr – July 2025
Joseph Schumacher – Clark & Feeney – Cuddihy, Schumacher & Barr – July 2025
Samuel Harrich – Clark & Feeney – Harrich Law, PLLC – August 2025
Katie Hawkins – Clark & Feeney – ???? – July 2025
Section IX.2: The Continuing Conflicts
Despite the departures, the conflicts persist:
Rick Cuddihy represented Geagley, who embezzled from Travelland RV
Barr previously represented Travelland RV against me, works as a partner with Rick Cuddihy
Joel Schumacher previously worked at Clark & Feeney
Trae Turner represented Heather Moore, Travelland RV, Jason Marketti and Justin Coleman
Samuel Harrich represented Daniel Moore while attempting to form a business with Turner
Section IX.3: The "Lost Records" Admission
A citizen tipster revealed that public records requests for documents related to these attorneys' connections to Travelland RV were met with a stunning response:
"All physical records pertaining to this matter were lost in the transition to the new Nez Perce County Courthouse."

CHAPTER X: The Unanswered Questions
Section X.1: Questions for Monte Schmidt
1. Why did you close my complaint without investigating the forgery? I literally offered you my ID, you checked my ID before I signed the title application in front of you in your office using the same address on that ID and on the complaint.
2. Did you review the fraudulent title application to compare it to the one I signed in front of you?

2. Why did you not investigate the bribery of LPD officers?
3. Why did you issue a "final decision" finding no ethics violations without conducting a proper investigation?
Section X.8: Questions for Justin Coleman
1. Why did you block my business account LCV Blotter on Facebook after my article about your malfeasance?
2. Why did you instruct Trae Turner to accompany Meghan McCreary to file false criminal charges against me in Clarkston, WA using McCreary, someone who was claiming total disability from hallucinations?
CONCLUSION: The Paper Trail Is Complete
The forged title application is not just a piece of paper. It is evidence of a pattern of fraud that began long before the Geagley embezzlement and continued through the cover-up by the Idaho State Bar.
Travelland RV committed fraud by forging my address on a title application, devaluing my down payment and overtime agreement, and sending my W2 to themselves during litigation.
The Idaho Transportation Department refused to investigate the forgery which happened between my appearance in the IDT office and submission to the Washington State DMV and referred me to the LPD.
Andrew Fox of the LPD, who took bribes from Krueger closed the case despite demonstrable evidence of crime.
Budd Hurd retired instead of investigating the bribery I reported, appointing Rick Fuentes to oversee his own bribery investigation.
Nick Woods, who took bribes from Krueger, referred the criminal case back to the LPD to investigate their own bribery investigation.
Clark & Feeney represented Travelland RV and repeatedly threatened me and attempted to charge me with defamation for publishing recorded telephone conversations with Travelland RV employees.
Trae Turner (a.k.a. Trae Douglas Turner) posted anonymous defamatory content about me and filed a false police report using Travelland RV’s secretary to attempt to establish a pattern.
The Idaho State Bar dismissed my grievances without investigation to protect Weeks, Smith, Coleman and Turner.
The Nez Perce County Prosecutor's Office declined to prosecute the embezzlement until 2025, and then have withheld the records of Rick Cuddihy’s representation of Geagley by Rick Cuddihy's relative, Stephanie Cuddihy who works under Hannah Liedkie and Doug Havens.
The paper trail is complete. The pattern is clear. And the questions will not go away.

July 2, 2026 – Tipster reveals "lost records" admission (Patty Weeks, Stephanie Cuddihy)
This article is a publication of LCV Blotter, an independent watchdog journalism project. All documents cited are public records and are available upon request.
The investigator is visually impaired, has no income, and has spent five years documenting a pattern of corruption that crosses state lines.
The cover-up is exposed. The receipts are public. The process continues.
📄 View Document
This was not a mistake. It was a deliberate act of fraud designed to create the false impression that I lived at the dealership owner's address—and, by extension, that I was not entitled to the title or registration in my own name.
The matter of the forged title application is just one of the earliest known acts of fraud by Travelland RV against me. It actually predates the assault, the harassment, and the embezzlement investigation. It is the first piece of evidence in a five-year pattern of corruption that would eventually lead to a $554,000 embezzlement indictment, a cover-up by the City of Lewiston Police, Nez Perce County Prosecutors Office, the Idaho State Bar, and a network of attorneys who have done everything in their power to protect their clients—and themselves.
This article is based on documents that have been in my possession for years, but which have never been published in full. I'm building upon each previous article by telling the story in reverse. This article includes the forged title application, the correspondence with the Idaho Transportation Department, the emails with the City of Lewiston Police Department, the emails and postal mail from Clark & Feeney, and the sworn statements that prove Travelland RV engaged in a pattern of fraud, evasion, retaliation and obstruction.
CHAPTER I: The Purchase and the Fraud
Section I.1: June 27, 2020 – The Buyer's Order Barr, Travelland RV
📄 View Document
On June 27, 2020, I signed a Buyer's Order with Travelland RV Inc. for a 2006 Thor Jazz fifth-wheel camper.
The document shows:
Sales Price: $16,995.00
Down Payment: $3,000.00
Balance Due: $14,290.00
Salesperson: Shawn Whitmore
Address Listed: 927 16TH STREET, CLARKSTON, WA 99403
This was my address at the time. I was previously an Over the Road Truck Driver and I was invited to use Kevin Munstermann's address as my own while driving truck. I was a professional driver with an excess of one million miles over the road, with an immaculate driving record. Here are three different pictures with enforcement officers each after receiving a clean level 1 inspection.
Buyers Order, June, 2020
I was doing so by dating Kevin Munstermann's sister Meghan McCreary. I rented a storage unit at Steve Carlson's storage units on Bryden for several years until after the assault, living over the road and using storage in a rental unit. I collected my packages I'd order online at 927 16th Street in Clarkston, Washington and collect those packages once every few months. It was a legitimate address—one I had used for years. It was immediately after I was sent home due to COVID that Kevin, by extension of his sister, offered me the job as a work trade.
On April 8, 2021, Shawn Whitmore sent me a formal email offering a "clear title" for the camper in exchange for a "letter of release on all alleged allegations against Travelland RV and some of its staff." 📄 View Document
This was an explicit attempt to buy my silence. Travelland RV knew they had committed tax evasion. That's why I was locked out of their systems. Travelland RV knew they had withheld my title in excess of one year, attempting to make me sign a waiver of release of liability. Travelland RV, one of three people, committed fraud by forging my address on the title application. They knew they had submitted a fraudulent document to the State of Washington DMV. They knew that I reported the tax evasion, fraud, forgery, and police department bribery and they could face criminal charges.

"Corey, Here is a copy of the title work."
He attached a copy of the title application. It showed my address as the same as the Buyer's Order. But I knew something was wrong: the title had not been issued to me at my correct address, the same address written on the complaint. It was sent to Kevin Munstermann.
Section IV.2: The Paper Trail
On September 23, 2021, Clark & Feeney sent me a certified letter regarding the case before Judge Brooke Burns being closed.Email, Schmidt

📄 View Document
The envelope shows:
Sender: CLARK & FEENEY, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, 1229 Main Street Suite 102, Lewiston, ID 83501
Recipient: Cory M. Switzer, 1669 13th Street Spc #19, Clarkston WA 99403
The address on the envelope was SPC 19, not SPC 16. I had moved from Kevin Munstermann's address upon purchasing the RV, which was delivered by Shawn Whitmore. The title application had been altered to Kevin Munstermann’s house address.
The envelope also shows a forwarding sticker: "NOTIFY SENDER OF NEW ADDRESS, SWITZER COREY M., 1669 13TH ST SPC 16, CLARKSTON WA 99403-3010."
My address had changed from SPC 19 to SPC 16. But the title application still showed Kevin Munstermann's address. They knew they had altered the title application to withhold the title in excess of one year. The pattern of extortion continues.
Section IV.3: The Fraudulent W2 – January 31, 2022 Barr, Travelland RV

Section VII.1: Bridget Barr's Notice of Appearance – June 9, 2021 📄 View Document
On June 9, 2021, Bridget Barr of Clark & Feeney, LLP filed a Notice of Appearance in Cory Michael Switzer v. Travelland RV Inc. (Asotin County District Court No. CI 018685).
The letter states:
"Enclosed please find the original and one (1) copy of Motion to Dismiss and Declaration in Support and Notice of Hearing for filing in the above-referenced matter."
Bridget Barr—the same attorney who would later join Richard Cuddihy's firm at the time of the Geagley indictment—was representing Travelland RV against me in Washington State court, heard before Hon. Judge Brooke Burns.
Section VII.2: The Extortion Offer
On April 8, 2021, Shawn Whitmore offered me a "clear title" in exchange for a "letter of release."
This offer was made with the knowledge and consent of Travelland RV.
Section VII.3: The Threat of Defamation – Part 1
On November 22, 2022, after a judgment was entered against me in Nez Perce County District Court, Trae Turner threatened me with defamation litigation claiming that I had posted nude pictures of Meghan McCreary. Turner offered doctored images via email claiming I had posted them. Barr Appearance

On July 11, 2023, an anonymous post appeared in the Facebook group "Concerned Citizens for the Truth-Lewiston," which is administered by Ada Eldridge.
The post contained a series of false and defamatory statements about me, including:
"Corey Switzer does not live in the LC Valley and has not lived here for over a year, maybe two. He only lived here for maybe a year, and maybe less than that. He is being deceptive in his assertions about 'our community' and 'our tax dollars'. That's why he doesn't show up to city council meetings or go in person to the LPD to sign a complaint- because he lives on the other side of the country."
The post also falsely claimed:
"Corey Switzer has already lost in court, and was found to have committed DEFAMATION against those wrongfully accused in relation to these allegations. The Judge did not find his testimony credible, he had his day in court- and HE LOST."
"He even stooped so low as represent himself as a veteran- however it's been proven in court that he's not a veteran. He didn't even make it out of boot camp. He repeatedly committed STOLEN VALOR."
"He's also a self-proclaimed pornographer, just look up user: xsynfux on Reddit (over 18 only). I would not look it up if I were you, unless you want to see him naked and talking about what he wants to do to women."
Ada Eldridge, as the administrator of the group, was able to see the name of the person requesting to post anonymously. The name was (Trae) Douglas Turner.
On the morning of July 12, 2023, Eldridge removed the post after I provided evidence that the claims were false. In her sworn declaration, Eldridge stated:
"I removed the post made by Trae Turner/anonymous as Mr. Switzer has proven to me that he is honest about this incident and Mr. Turner's word were slanderous."
Note: Trae Turner's middle name is Douglas. All examples of Douglas Turner are Trae Turner. The use of his full name to anonymously post defamatory content about me is part of a pattern of retaliation by the Turner family and their network.
Section VII.5: The Threat of Defamation – Part 3
On April 20, 2023, I posted a picture of my erect penis on Reddit. It was a message to Trae Turner, who was frequently stalking my adult content creator page and making defamatory statements. This was later used by Trae Turner and Meghan McCreary to falsely claim that I had posted intimate images of McCreary among other women on Reddit without their permission, a demonstrably false statement. The post on Reddit was of myself, not of McCreary. Turner used this to conflate the two issues and to justify filing a false police report because I mentioned Trae Turner by name.
Concerned Citizens, Ada Eldridge
